INITECH Solutions LLC ("INITECH", "we", "us" or "our") builds and publishes cozy mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have. It applies to our games and to this website (initec-games.com).

By using our games or website, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please stop using them and feel free to contact us with any concerns.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the game and your settings, this may include:

  • Device & technical data: device model, operating system, language, app version, and a resettable advertising identifier.
  • Gameplay data: levels reached, progress, in-app events and settings, so your game works and improves.
  • Approximate usage & diagnostics: crash logs and performance data to fix bugs.
  • Support data: the email address and message content you send us when you contact support.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or precise GPS location, and we don't require you to create an account to play.

2. How we use information

  • To run, maintain and improve our games and website.
  • To fix bugs, prevent cheating and fraud, and keep the experience stable.
  • To show advertising and measure its performance (see below).
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising & ad safety

Our games are free and supported by advertising. We work only with reputable advertising partners and hold ourselves to strict standards to keep ads safe and appropriate:

  • We configure our ad partners to serve family-friendly, non-deceptive ads and to avoid content that is violent, sexual, or otherwise unsuitable.
  • For users we know or treat as children, we request non-personalized (contextual) ads only — no behavioural profiling or interest-based targeting.
  • We do not sell your personal data, and we do not allow ad partners to use children's data to build advertising profiles.
  • We follow the advertising policies of Google Play and the Google Families program, as well as our ad networks' family and safety requirements.

Ad partners may include networks such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and Mintegral. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes as an independent controller. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

4. Children's privacy & protection

We care deeply about keeping young players safe. Many of our games are designed to be enjoyed by all ages, and we take extra care wherever children may be involved.

  • We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR-K rules for children.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising profiling or any purpose beyond running the game.
  • Where a game is directed to children or a user is treated as a child, we disable personalized ads and limit data collection to what is strictly necessary.
  • We do not knowingly enable children to share personal information publicly or with other players.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please email us at elviswachirakibebe@gmail.com. We will delete it promptly.

5. Data deletion & your rights

You are always in control of your data. You may request to access, correct or delete the information associated with you at any time.

How to request deletion of your data:

  • Email elviswachirakibebe@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Tell us the game name and your device's advertising identifier (if known), so we can locate any data.
  • We will verify the request, delete the associated data from our systems, and confirm — within 30 days.
  • Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. tax or fraud-prevention), and will be deleted once that obligation ends.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have additional statutory rights, which we honour. Exercising your rights will never result in worse treatment.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically the life of the game plus a short period — after which it is deleted or anonymized. Deletion requests are honoured as described in Section 5.

7. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud hosting), each bound by contracts to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and studio. We never sell your personal data.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to fix any issue quickly.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in-game or on this site.
